郑天清,男,硕士生导师,副研究员。南京农业大学遗传育种专业博士学位,

研究方向:

围绕水稻分子育种,开展材料创制、信息平台创建及复杂性状的遗传机理研究。

主要贡献:

(一)分子育种材料平台的创建:

利用回交、复交及轮回选择导入方法构建双向导入系和轮回选择基础群体,结合高通量的方法开展基因型鉴定和多年多点的表型鉴定,为开展水稻复杂农艺性状的遗传解析提供优良的材料平台。与种业合作,利用我国江苏中粳优良品系与东北早粳配组,选育新的品种类型,获得了一批在早粳主产区能够正常成熟,茎秆强度增加、穗粒数有所提高、熟色和转色佳的新类型苗头品系。

(二)分子育种信息平台的创建:

参与全球3000份水稻亲本测序数据的收集;在此基础上,结合从分子育种材料平台所收集的大量信息,合作创建水稻分子育种的数据库系统。建成的基于3000份水稻测序数据的3K水稻数据库(javascript:;),将为水稻复杂性状的分子设计育种提供强大的数据支撑。

(三)复杂性状的遗传机理研究:

  1. 独立于遗传背景的主效QTLBI-QTL)研究:利用双向导入系对粒重和粒型进行了BI-QTL分析,其信息有望用于粒型和粒重的设计育种。
  2. 分子育种可用标记的开发:通过重测序开发了等位基因特异(AS-PCR)或紧密连锁的PCR标记,已获得可以初步应用于粒型、品质、早稳性等特异材料鉴定的有用标记。
  3. 复杂抗性的遗传研究:利用高通量的基因组测序与表达谱分析相结合,对抗旱和抗纹枯病的双抗聚合系进行遗传重叠候选区段缩减,获得了双抗候选基因;利用连锁-关联联合分析,与江苏农科院合作利用连锁-关联联合分析开展抗病有利等位基因挖掘;与福建农科院合作利用高代回交导入方法对稻瘟病抗性进行剖析。

 

授权专利5项(其中第一完成人2项、第三完成人2项、第四完成人1项);新申请专利4项(均为第一完成人)。

申请品种权5项(其中第一完成人2项、第三完成人2项、第四完成人1项)。

获得计算机软件授权3项。

参编专著2部(中文1部、英文1部)。

应邀担任《Frontiers in Genetics》的Review Editor以及3SCI杂志《Plant Breeding》、《Crop Science》和《Journal of Plant Research》和2个核心期刊《核农学报》和《Journal of Crop Science》的审稿人。

作为副导师,协助指导研究生7名(包括留学生6名),其中5名已经毕业(博士3人、硕士2人),2名在读(博士2人)。
